Make dependencies, ownership, inputs, and outputs visible so the work can be reasoned about as a system.
Identify the entities, operations, and decisions that matter to the objective. Preserve their meaning as they move between interfaces.
Map which outputs become someone else’s inputs. Make ownership, prerequisites, and the difference between a proposal and an authorized action explicit.
Use the resulting structure to select a narrow implementation path. Record what is deliberately outside that first path.
Agents can assist with mappings and implementation options. Record owners, interface access and dependencies still need confirmation against the actual tools and process.
A public record, a ranking, an evaluation, and a human decision have different roles. Making those roles explicit helps a team see where information ends and judgment begins.
A dependency map and interface contracts that connect the objective to a buildable sequence of work.
A useful structure exposes missing information, competing interpretations, and responsibilities before they become hidden behavior.
A useful next step
